Abstract: Slow process of an establishment of a current in PbI2 monocrystal is investigated at enclosing a jump of voltage on it. The analysis of physical factors which influence these processes is carried out. It is specified on feature of use of a method of transient currents and possibility of its usage in the investigation of ionic conductivity in solid-state electrolytes.
