PHASE p,T-DIAGRAM OF CuIn<sub>1+δ</sub>P<sub>2</sub>S<sub>6</sub> CRYSTALS

Abstract

 The results of dielectric studies of ferroelectric CuIn1+δP2S6 crystal are presented. The results were measured in the temperature range 293-450 К at a frequency of 1 MHz and under hydrostatic pressure up to р=300МПа. The p,T phase diagram was built and its peculiarities were defined. It was established that the deviation of the phase diagram of the linear law may be related with influence of free charge carriers at the phase transition temperature.
