Abstract

Domain structure in crystals TlInS2 in the region of high pressure phases at p > 550 MPa are investigated. Ferroelastic domain structure in the high-pressure phases observed in the plane of the layers of the crystal and is manifested in the form of stripe-type structures. The features of this domain structure were studied.
