Formation of KrF* eximer molecules in plasma flows on mixtures of Не-Кг-F<sub>2</sub> and Не-Кг-SF<sub>6</sub>

The plasma parametrs calculation is made for He-Kr-F2 and He-Kr-SF6 mixture. The temperature dependence of ion-ion recombination constants and negative ion formation constants are found. The dependence of eximer molecules formation from Kr, F2, SF6 concentration and from plasma temperature is investigated in the region of 1014-1017 sm-3 and 0,1-1,2 ev. The optimal initial plasma parametrs area is found for the formation of (страшна формула) inverse population in KrF* more then 1012sm-3.References
