An effective approach to modeling of the optimal schemes for the selective photoionization of atoms is developed. It is based on the complex use of the elementary atomic process models, optimal laser action models, density matrice formalism. Numeric calculations for optimal scheme of the Cs, Sr isotopes separation process are carried out.
