Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • Це подання раніше не було опубліковане і не надсилалося до розгляду редакціям інших журналів (або у коментарях для редактора нижче дані необхідні пояснення).
  • Файл подання є документом у форматі Microsoft Word.
  • Текст набраний 14-м розміром кеглю з одинарним міжрядковим інтервалом; всі ілюстрації, графіки та таблиці розміщені безпосередньо у тексті, там, де вони повинні бути за змістом (а не у кінці документу).
  • Текст відповідає вимогам до стилістики та бібліографії, викладеним у Керівництві для авторів розділу "Про журнал".

Author Guidelines

Author information: One copy of the following materials is to editorial office:

  • a manuscript signed by all authors at the title page;
  • information for reference and scientometric databases;
  • information about the authors;
  • the letter of referral from the organization in case of the submitted materials are the result of the work done in this organization;
  • license agreement signed by the authors and certified at their place of work;
  • review signed by a professor

 Manuscript preparation:

One-and-a-half space text of the manuscript should be printed at one side of white A4 paper with a margin of not less than 25 mm (top, bottom, and left) and 15 mm (right). Font Times New Roman, 14 points is recommended.

The manuscript consists of the following parts:

The first page that includes: the index of UDC, initials, surname and academic degrees of the authors; their affiliation; the city, and email address; article title (up to 10 words), which should be brief and informative, without abbreviations and acronyms.
Abstract (not more than 50 words) in Russian and Ukrainian containing a summary of the main results.
The main text, in which it is recommended to identify the following elements:
  • introduction describing the problem formulation in general and its connection with important scientific or practical tasks, analysis of the last researches and publications related to the problem, with the mentioning the unsolved parts of the general problem and the formulation of purposes of article;
  • the main part consistently describing the research conducted with full justification of the results; the main part should be divided into several items, each of which consider logically complete part of the study (for example, formulation of the problem, solution methods, results and discussion)
  • conclusion containing the summary of research and prospects of further developments in this filed.
References listed in accordance with GOST 7.1-2006. References to literature sources in the text are given in square brackets. Literature sources should be publicly available. The list of references is placed in the order of references in the manuscript text and shall consist of not less than 10 positions It is permit not more than 30% of self-references.
 

Information for reference and scientometric databases are presented in three languages (English, Russian and Ukrainian) and includes:

  • list of authors with indication of complete names and affiliation;
  • title (up to 10 words);
  • abstract in Russian and Ukrainian - up to 50 words and advanced in English (from 150 to 200 words) reflecting the main content of the articles and research results from 150 to 200 words);
  • keywords (up to 10);
  • list of references in Latin script according to the international rules; Russian, Ukrainian and other bibliographic descriptions in Cyrillic are transliterated according to the international standard ISO 9.

Information about the authors in English, Russian and Ukrainian that  includes:

  • full name
  • affiliation name and position;
  • academic degrees and academic title.
  • office and home addresses and phone numbers,
  • e-mail
  • the correspond author.

All materials (except the letter of referral and reviews) are submitted electronically as doc-files prepared in MS Word 97-2003 (using later versions of MS Word is not allowed). You should send files to the editorial office by e-mail  kostikov@ipmach.kharkov.ua.

Privacy Statement

All names and e-mail addresses provided by users of the journal website will be used solely for internal technical tasks of this journal; they will not be spread and transferred to third parties.
