Analysis of static and dynamic strength of the axial fan considering aerodynamic properties of the flow and nonuniformity of temperature field

The current paper shows a complex research of dynamics and strength of an axial main ventilation fan of a mine for an extraction of a copper ore. In order to gain aerodynamic loads and parameters of a convective heat transfer between an air of a flowing part and a material of the fan a cyclically symmetric stationary problem of the flow of an air in the guide vane-rotor-straightener system was solved. Determination of the stress-strain state of the structure was clarified with a help of an accounting of an inhomogeneous temperature distribution in the fan. An approach to the formation of a cyclically symmetric calculation model for the determining of the stress-strain state of the rotor of the axial fan was developed. The results of a static analysis indicate a considerable tension of a neck of the root of the rotor blade. The detuning of the resonance of the rotor between the main frequencies and the frequency of the exciting force and its multiplicities was greater than 20%. The research results presented as contour plots of the distribution of the main parameters of the stress-strain state of the structure indicate the static and dynamic strength of the fan.
