Abstract

A study of the draft Provisional Constitutional Law (temporary constitution) of Transcarpathian Ukraine was conducted. The main external formal and legal provisions of this document have been analyzed, which allows us to draw certain conclusions about the intentions of the leaders of Transcarpathian Ukraine, revealed by them when drafting this act and aimed at forming the constitutional foundations of this territorial formation of the transitional period.
