Artificial intelligence technology in Ukraine’s electoral system: implementation prospects

The article is dedicated to examining the issues related to the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in Ukraine’s electoral system. Based on an analysis of ChatGPT technology, the author explores the potential threats and risks to the national electoral system arising from the adoption of such technologies. Additionally, the article reviews foreign legislation regulating the implementation and functioning of artificial intelligence technologies in the electoral systems of European Union countries.
