Abstract

The author has formed methodological frameworks of the formation and the development of strategic partnership on the basis of the process and portfolio approach through the structuration and the systematization of stages and processes of the partnership due to the identification of factors, criteria, indices, and results. The process of formation and development of the partnership is considered in the context of five stages: strategic diagnostics of conditions and factors of doing business (preparation one); substantiation of the partnership possibility; choice of partners (project one); partnership implementation (organizational and managerial one); estimation and control of effectiveness (diagnostic and analytical one); partnershiprelationship development (complementary one).
