SYNERGETIC APPROACH TO THE ENTERPRISE POTENTIAL EVALUATION UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF GLOBALIZATION

Abstract

The features of the enterprise management capabilities in the context of globalization and European integration based on a synergistic approach are considered. Taking into consideration that potential of the company is an integrated set of resources and capabilities, it should be noted, that its dimension is the basis for the solution of tasks, the key to effective and efficient business activities at different stages ofthe life cycle. Therefore, the importance of opportunities not only to use efficient of all types of resources, but also provide them with a good combination based on the use of innovative achievements is increased in the current terms. The opportunity to obtain the additional result - "synergy" is formed due to this. To assess the potential of the enterprise, identify vectors of its development and identify approaches as to optimization of control in present conditions is possible only from the position of system approach. An important feature of the development process of systems including the system of economic potential of the company and the specific type of resource is time. So companies have to take care of quick ability their intraproductive systems to identify problems, substantiation and implementation of management decisions, increase the efficiency of activity. It requires not just an analysis, which involves consideration of perspectives regarding development, and assessment methods of internal and external processes of the company activity in the context of capacity formation. Work of formation and development of potential ofindustrial enterprises should be conducted towards continual improvement of management systemof enterprise. The process of management impact on potential must include all components: elementalcomposition; principles of operation; structure; informational, economic, human resource, legal and organizational support. The integrated system of management capabilities should be developed. Such kind of system will combine management of all processes and resources of functional potentials and their transformation, and takeinto consideration the peculiarities of a particular industry sector, recent developments in management. The attention is focused on the necessity of a nonlinear approach to management of potential for such strategic aspects of capacity formation as a time and its motivational component.
