The journal does not charge any fees for manuscript submission, peer review, editorial processing, publication, or access to published content. There are no Article Processing Charges (APC) or any other publication-related fees for authors.

All submitted manuscripts undergo a standard independent peer review process. Editorial decisions are made solely on the basis of the scientific quality, originality, and relevance of the submitted work to the journal’s scope, and are not influenced by any financial considerations.

The journal operates under a full open access model, ensuring that all published articles are freely and permanently accessible online without subscription or payment barriers.

The editorial and publishing processes are funded entirely by the editorial board’s own resources. The journal does not receive any revenue from article processing or publication activities.
