The article is devoted to the problem of creating an innovative organization that is ready for the uncertainty of the external environment and identifying opportunities from the emerging problems through constant generation of creative ideas and developing new products and services. For that reason the need for different approaches to perception, assessment and enterprise`s innovative activity is substantiated
