Conceptual foundations of implementation of electronic document flow in educational institution of postgraduate pedagogical education system

The effectiveness of the decisions adopted by head of the institution depends on the amount of information on the basis of which the manager performs management functions. To reduce processing time information institutions use different information systems and separate software. The purpose of these systems provides automated decision-making process, which is currently carried out using paper or e-mail. Therefore, the quality of processing and exchange of information depends on the effectiveness of management decisions of head of the institution
