The features of it-cluster creation projects

The essence of projects of local IT clusters creation is determined. Features of clusterisation projects, which should be taken into account during the initialization phase, are disposed. The project aim and objectives are determined. To define the result of the project the stakeholders are listed. Product of clusterisation project is defined. To analyze the perspective of the project scenario analysis is proposed, and three dimensions for project evaluation are distinguished
