Abstract

This article deals with the theoretical foundations of design development of educational institutions in market conditions through the prism of program-oriented approach, in which the basic principles of management integration process and its specific phase are planning. Solving this problem is justified in understanding the integrity of the educational process that occurs in general educational institutions from the standpoint of management science. It is established that the program-oriented approach is relevant and necessary to solve the main education problems to management and general educational institution established that it is relevant and necessary to solve the main education problems and activities of the educational institution
