Розробка методу кібернетичного планування – як інструменту сучасного розвитку заповідної справи

З метою здійснення якісних перетворень економіки країни від пріоритетів споживацького використання природних ресурсів на інноваційні технології «свідомого» планування економіки, необхідно враховувати першочергові завдання природоохоронного характеру, які мають стратегічно важливе значення для всього населення держави. Станом на сьогоднішній день, саме метод кібернетичного планування здатен поєднати екологічну, адміністративну та економіко-соціальну складові при створенні макету майбутнього заповідного об’єкту. Метод кібернетичного планування є інноваційним методом та симбіозом природоохоронних імперативів держави та стратегічно важливих завдань економіки. Створення та розширення заповідних територій є пріоритетними завданнями державної політики України, тому ми пропонуємо механізм, який буде відповідати потребам сучасної ринкової економіки та суспільства; мати стале інформаційне підґрунтя; якісні інструменти дистанційного регулювання та формування проекту «під ключ»
