Теоретичні засади механізмів державного управління вітчизняними нафтогазотранспортними системами

Виконано аналіз інформаційного матеріалу та досвіду державного управління нафтогазовими трубопровідними транспортними системами в умовах глобалізації та євроінтеграції. Розроблені теоретичні засади організації ефективного функціонування вітчизняних нафтогазотранспортних систем. Проведена інтерпретація елементарного бізнес-процесу як типової ланки крос-функціональної послідовності. Побудована просторова модель пошуку парето-оптимальної точки економічно ефективної ринкової взаємодії учасників бізнес-процесу. Розроблена схема багатостороннього міждержавно-приватного партнерства.Références
