Постуральні реакції гемодинаміки при повороті на живіт

Дослідження гемодинамічних змін методом грудної реографії виконане у 40 пацієнтів, що готувались до оперативного втручання у положенні на животі. Дослідження проводилось у положенні на спині, після повороту на живіт. Виявлено зниження ударного об’єму та серцевого індексу після повороту на живіт через 5 хвилин та через 20 хвилин на 22% лише у пацієнтів із надлишковою масою тіла.
