Роль политических партий в формирование гражданского общества в Узбекистане

В статье рассмотрена роль политических партий в развитии гражданского общества и правового государства, а также обсуждены вопросы отличия политических партий от иных общественных организации, понятие многопартийной системы, значение многопартийной системы в обеспечении политического плюрализма, межпартийная конкуренция, конструктивная оппозиция, выражение интересов электората, место политических партий в парламенте и местных кенгашах (советах)
