В статье рассматривается влияние различных уровней гемоглобина (Hb) и гематокрита (Ht) на функциональное состояние сердца.
На основании анализа функциональных показателей системной гемодинамики и сократимости миокарда, в работе показано, что значения Ht=28 % и уровень Hb=90 г/л, являются минимально допустимыми показателями для кардиохирургических больных, при которых обеспечивается адекватная доставка кислорода миокарду
