Статтю присвячено актуальній проблемі сучасної системи освіти – професійному вигоранню вихователів. Емпірично доведено припущення про існування зв’язку між професійним вигоранням, копінг-стратегіями та механізмами психологічного захисту, про детермінованість вигорання на різних етапах його формування відповідною структурною організацією копінгу та психологічного захисту; визначено їхні провідні та базові компоненти
