Визначення L-Аргініну у крові щурів ензиматичним методом

Здійснено опрацювання ензиматично-хімічного методу кількісного аналізу L-Аргініну (Арг) на реальних зразках крові щурів. Розроблений метод ґрунтується на використанні рекомбінантної аргінази І та 2,3-бутандіонмонооксиму (ДМО). Продукт реакції (сечовина) реєструється флуорометрично. Показано придатність нового методу для визначення Арг в біологічних рідинах ссавців
