Комбіноване лікування високодиференційованого раку щитовидної залози: в фокусі рекомбінантний людський тиреотропін-альфа

У наведеній роботі представлені результати дослідження з вивчення переваг застосування нового засобу фармакотерапевтичної корекції після тиреоїдектомії – рекомбінантного людського тиреотропіну-альфа (рлТТГ). Встановлено, що використання рлТТГ підвищує ефективність абляції залишкової тиреоїдної тканини порівняно з традиційним методами підготовки (попередня відміна прийому препаратів левотироксину натрію), підвищує суб'єктивну оцінку сприйняття якості життя пацієнтами
