Соединительная ткань существенным образом вовлечена в патологические процессы в желудке. При поверхностном воспалении процессы синтеза и деградации коллагена находятся в некотором равновесии, а увеличение интенсивности патологического процесса приводит к нарушению этого равновесия. Содержание свободного и пептидно-связанного оксипролина в сыворотке крови и содержание раково-эмбрионального антигена повышаются с увеличением тяжести патологического процесса в желудке
