Функціональна активність наднирникових залоз та індекс абдомінального ожиріння як маркери дисліпідемії у хворих на цукровий діабет 2 типу

У наведеній роботі обґрунтована доцільність визначення індексу вісцерального ожиріння як маркеру порушення ліпідного обміну, а також дисбалансу кортикостероїдів, зокрема співвідошення кортизол / ДГЕА у хворих на цукровий діабет 2 типу. Встановлено гіперглікемічний та дисліпідемічний вплив підвищеної концентрації кортизолу та недостатнього вмісту дегідроепіандростерону (ДГЕА) у сироватці крові залежно від показника індексу вісцерального ожиріння
