Мониторинг качества отливок для использования в системах автоматизированного проектирования технологий литейного производства

Проведен мониторинг размерной точности отливки «втулка», изготавливаемой в условиях автоматизированного литейного производства. Установлены реальные возможности существующего технологического процесса по обеспечению заданных требований качества к размерной точности. Выявлены систематические погрешности и проанализированы их причины. Описанная процедура, как пример, может быть рекомендована для использования в системах автоматизированного проектирования литейного производства
