About the question of the essence of international economic procedural law

The paper is devoted to the essence of international economic procedural law and its subjects. It considers the mutual influence and dependence of the international legal and national legal systems, their material and procedural law norms. The analysis of the international law system gives a possibility to separate international material and international procedural law in it.
The one of such branches of international law it international economic procedural law, that must be understood as the system of norms and principles that establish the order, provision form of realization of material norms of international economic law by states, international organizations and other subjects in the process of realization of international economic cooperation and also regulate the activity of international arbitral and forensic institutions in this sphere
