Анотація

Люди з альбінізмом часто налякані, оскільки характер і масштаби злочину, пов’язаного з цим явищем, продовжують зростати. З цією проблемою в основному стикається Африка, а Південна Африка, здається, є однією з країн, які борються з цим жахливим злочином. Таким чином, основною метою цієї роботи було дослідити вбивства албіносів Умхлабуялінгана провінції КваЗулу-Натал (КЗН), Південна Африка, зосередившись на характері цієї практики та сприйнятті членами громади цього лиха. У цьому якісному дослідженні було використано дизайн тематичного дослідження, якому сприяла поставлена мета. Близько двадцяти (20) учасників було відібрано в районі Умхлабауялінгана за допомогою зручної техніки вибірки; усі вони проходили інтерв'ю один на один. Зібрані дані були проаналізовані за допомогою методу індуктивного тематичного аналізу вмісту (ІТA). Це дослідження встановлює, що геноцид альбіносів негативно впливає на існування людей, які живуть з альбінізмом у суспільстві. Це лихо впливає на їхнє повсякденне життя, значною мірою на їхнє суспільне функціонування через страх бути викраденими. Крім того, особи, які знаходяться поруч з потенційними жертвами, також побоюються за життя своїх близьких. Таким чином, вбивства через альбінізм впливають на людей, які знаходяться поруч з потенційноїю жертвою/жертвами та спільноту в цілому. Для рекомендації: по всій Південній Африці мають бути створені доступні адаптивні програми
