Анотація

У статті розглянуто регіональні особливості міжнародних міграцій у Європі, зокрема, Європейському Союзі та визначено риси регіональної міграційної політики ЄС як інтеграційного об’єднання. За результатами аналізу показників Євростату та Світового Банку визначено географічну структуру імміграції та територіального розміщення мігрантів у ЄС. Досліджено динаміку зміни індексу розвитку людського потенціалу в Європейському Союзі на етапах його розширення. Встановлено, що розширення ЄС знижувало середній показник людського розвитку в об’єднанні за рахунок приєднання країн з нижчими показниками. Проаналізовано проблеми розвитку явища зовнішньої міграції в Європі, зокрема, його переваги та недоліки, а також пов’язані з нею загрози
