The diagnosis in strategic management of enterprise: place and structure

Abstract

The article considers the strategic management of a complex process consisting of a specific sequence of stages and operations. Using the methodology of the system analysis it is grounded the sequence of stages of strategic management. The author suggested a logical model of the process of strategic management, which determines the place of diagnosis. Diagnosis function is defined as observation of obtaining the planned results and tracking actual performance deviations from the plan. The structure of strategic diagnostics operations is grounded. These include: measurement, comparison, ranking deviations, search for the causes of deviations. The informogramma of strategic diagnostics, which describes the inputs and outputs of each operation is proposed.
