Abstract

The article summarizes the achievements of scientists and analyzes scientific knowledge on recreational terminology, scientific and methodological and regulatory approaches to the interpretation of the economic nature of different types of resort and recreational businesses, as well as labor processes occurring in them. The problems of the terminology of human resource management and personnel management of enterprises engaged in recreational and resort areas are investigated. The author offers methodological tools regarding the personnel management of enterprises engaged in resort and recreational areas.
