Children`s Home of Family Type as a Form of Placement for Children Deprived of Parental Care

Abstract

The article examines the issue of raising children deprived of parental care in the
context of current social problems in Ukraine, particularly exacerbated during the war. It
was analysed the reform of the care and guardianship system, focusing on the development
of national adoption and other forms of family upbringing for orphaned children. Special
attention is given to family-type children's homes, examining their role in providing a
conducive environment for the harmonious development of individuals within the
atmosphere of family comfort, attention, and care.
