Abstract

The article is devoted to the actual problem of social inclusion - the inclusion of
vulnerable population groups in all spheres of society. In particular, the issue of creating an
inclusive museum environment is considered as an important component of ensuring of people’s
rights who are discriminated against due to the presence of certain characteristics, such as
gender, age, disability, social or ethnic origin, etc.
It was considered the examples of implementation in leading Ukrainian museums based
on the principles of inclusion. Significance of these projects has been determined to ensure equal
participation opportunities in the cultural life of society for representatives of vulnerable
population groups.
