The study is aimed at analyzing cooperation in multidisciplinary teams, identifying the main problems that affect the quality of interaction between specialists. The main functions of such teams include information exchange, joint decision-making, mutual support and strategic planning. Special attention is paid to communication processes and decision-making mechanisms in teams with different specializations.
The role of professional interaction in social work with the elderly is determined. Geriatric workers should be trained in team cooperation through team building activities, supervision, and training. The article reveals aspects of interaction in multidisciplinary teams, focusing on the legal regulation of cooperation in rehabilitation and palliative activities. A comprehensive study of the issues of interaction in the conditions of martial law in Ukraine and the need for rapid coordination of cooperation has been carried out. The results indicate that despite the general positive perception of teamwork, there are significant problems associated with unclear role allocation and insufficient communication.
The proposed recommendations include improving communication mechanisms, implementing regular meetings and creating clear decision-making protocols to increase the effectiveness of team interaction.
