Abstract

The results of the research work on monitoring the implementation of the strategic priorities of innovation activity in Ukraine are analyzed. The methodical approach, which carried out the specified monitoring and analysis of the results, are given.

Provision of monitoring the implementation of the medium-term innovative priority directions of national and sectoral levels of the main managers of budgetary funds in Ukraine is envisaged by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 12.03.2012 № 294 and from 17.05.2012 № 397 (according to the order of formation of orders for research and scientific technological development, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 10.08.2004 № 1084).

The analysis of monitoring data set most requested by the public and governmental customers the direction of innovation, which primarily include agricultural and energy development and technologies. Less demand is defined for scientific developments and technologies in the medicine and information and communication fields.

The results allow validating the choice of innovation priorities, suggesting new priorities that will contribute to their effective implementation and budget savings.
