Abstract

JSC «Cryogenmash» is the largest manufacturer of cryogenic air separation units (ASU) in the world. Since 1949 the enterprise has manufactured more than 600 tonnage units with productivity on oxygen 2500…70000 m3/h. During last 10 years JSC «Cryogenmash» has begun the manufacture the air separation units of a new generation which using the cycles of low pressure. This units creating on the basis of modern schemes and designer solutions and also the monitoring and control systems with application of microprocessor engineering. It allows to provide growth of degrees of oxygen’s extract of — up to 98% and argon — up to 80%, the lowering of discharge intensity of power for oxygen’s production  up to 0,4 kW•h/m3 and low, the extension of a control band of productivity from 100% up to 50% and much another. In the given article the information on basic performances and features of air separation units of new generation which intended for complex effective  air’s separation with the purpose of obtaining of oxygen, nitrogen, argon and other products of air is reduced.
