Nowadays in operation using approximately 4000 air separation plants (ASP)of average pressure. The given plants have acceptable parameters in modes of reception the gaseous oxygen or nitrogen. The liquid products on these plants are produce in small amounts and with high specific expenses of energy. In a general form the various methods of increase of an output of liquid products are analyzed in article which can be used during development of new more effective ASP of average pressure. Some of them can be applied already now during modernization of existing plants . On an example of air separation plant «K-0,5» is shown what even the partial introduction of the methods, offered in article, allows on the given plant to make 470 instead of 316 kg/h of liquid oxygen. Deeper modernization of this plant will give an enable to reduce the expenses for reception of liquid oxygen up to 1,0-1,1 kW h/kg.
