Abstract

The air separation plants and their compressor equipment to represent the complex engineering structures. They requires the personnel having a high level of readiness. The Association «UA-SIGMA» together with the Odessa State Academy of Refrigeration has organized the system of continuous education to the production worker for aiding to the enterprises the effective decision of personnel problems. The structure of organization of continuous education and the results of its using are described in article.

LICENSE AGREEMENT
