RESULTS OF EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCHES OF PSA OXYGEN PLANTS

In oxygen plants of pressure swing free-flow adsorptions (PSA) are realized the cyclic fast-leaking processes. For their description it is necessary to use the complex mathematical models in combination with experimental data about researches of pre-production models. The developed stand for researching parameters of processes sold in plants changing in time is described. Two plants have been created and comprehensively investigated: «АdКt-0,007» with adsorbent Silporite G5О2, working under pressure head mode (PSA); «АdКt-0,002», working in free-flow mode (VPSA) with pumping out the adsorbent Silporite G5L86. Results of experiments are used for development of reliable programs of technological calculations of PSA oxygen plants.
