MANUFACTURE OF ALUMINIUM-SILICIUM ALLOYS BY PYROMETALLURGY METHOD OF USING THE OXYGEN BLASTING

Aluminium can be used in the new effective technologies of direct manufacture of the electric power, reception of less-common metals in metallurgy and others. For this purpose it is necessary to have more economic methods of its reception. Such method for pyrometallurgy manufacture of aluminium — silicium alloys from natural raw materials contains argil and silica is described. Peat is applied for reactivation of oxides of aluminium and silicium oxides as coaly component. On the basis of the given method is created a powermetallurgical complex in which furnaces for smelt and restoration oxides are used. In the furnace of smelt is used the blasting of air enriched with oxygen up to 60 %. The complex is characterized by low basic expenses in comparison with known almost 10 times more.
