Abstract

Carbon dioxide are finds the wide application in three kinds: liquid high and low pressure, dry ice. For its manufacture in such kind it is necessary to use the piston compressors with three or four steps of compression. Dry condensation are applied to improvement of quality made carbon dioxide in compressors in vapors of cylinder–piston and rod–gasket. Mechanisms of compressors’ movement have system of greasing with limited oil supply. Compressors are created for work with the increased number of revolutions up to 25 s-1 for increase the productivity. It will allow to receive with the help of such compressor up to 2600 kg/h of liquid carbonic acid of high pressure.
