OPTIMIZATION OF DRY AND CLEARING BLOCK OF AIR IN AIR SEPARATING UNIT OF A HIGH PRESSURE WITH THE PURPOSE OF DECREASE POWER CONSUMPTION

Air separating unit of a high pressure have sufficient technical and constructive potential for their perfection with the purpose of decrease the charge of the electric power on manufacture air separation products. One of consumers of the electric power is the dry and clearing block complex of air. Optimization is unit as on circuit parameters, and constructive, allows to lower practically to zero the electric capacity consumed by electroheaters. It becomes possible due to use of energy of expansion air in the expander-compressor unit. It is shown, that in air separating unit such as AgKgKAArg-2 at realization of the decisions offered in the given article time adsorption on water a pair and on carbon dioxide, at the organization separate dry and clearing air, will make 24 hours. The charge of heating and cooling gas of 750 m3/h.
