PRESENTATION OF NEW CRYOGENIC AIR SEPARATION UNIT AT THE ENTERPRISE OF NON-FERROUS METALLURGY

Abstract

During last years the enterprise which are manufacturing the marketable production, aspire to get more perfect cryogenic air separation units (ASU) instead of old, exhausted their normative term of operation. The big contribution to development, manufacturing and delivery ASU of modern modification are brings the JSC «Cryogenmash». This enterprise after putting into operation of new ASU organizes the presentation of the working equipment. Such presentation has taken place on JSC «SUMZ». The ASU of new type Кt-12,5 can work in four modes, processing the 61 thousand nm3/h of air. The unit makes of 12,5 thousand nm3/h of technological oxygen with cleanliness of 95 %; 500 nm3/h of technical oxygen; 290–465 kg/h of liquid nitrogen; 530 kg/h of liquid technical oxygen. The characteristic of features of the technological circuit and the equipment of unit is given. The manufacturer of unit together with partners (JSG «Giprokislorod» and SPC  «Cryoservice») has handed over the init to the customer on a condition «on a turn-key basis». Now for the same customer the JSC «Cryogenmash» makes the more powerful  ASU of type Кtd-24.
