Abstract

Requirements to quality of manufacture oxygen and nitrogen, and also a level of safety grow. The complete set of air separation units by modern instrumentals for measurement of structure of components and the maintenance of admixtures technological current are actual. The features of the basic instrumentals (as various hygrometers and gas-analyzers) used in these purposes are considered. They are intended for definition of content of moisture, oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen in air and other products of separation. Application of these devices will raise the quality of manufacturing products and will provide the safe work of air separation units.
