PERFECTION OF WORKING ON АGFCS AND CREATION OF NEW COMPRESSORS OF HIGH PRESSURE WITHOUT GREASING

Abstract

The new automobile gas-filling compressor stations (АGFCS) are created for widespread use of natural gas as motor fuel. Experience shows that in structure of stations for compression of natural gas it is expedient to have the compressors working without greasing of cylinders or with its restriction. It is informed about successful transfer of existing piston multistage compressors of domestic and import manufacture into such operating conditions as a result of application in them of nonmetallic seals of pistons and rods. A number of compressors is created on the basis of vertical base for increase of reliability of created АGFCS. They are successfully maintained in structure of АGFCS. The choice of new effective self-lubricating antifrictional materials of class BARS is proved for compressors of such type on the basis of researches.
