APPLICATION OF MASS-SPECTROMETERS FOR ORGANIZATION OF GAS ANALYSIS ON MANUFACTURES OF AIR SEPARATION PRODUCTS AND ESPECIALLY PURE GASES

Consumption of the pure gases representing the components of air (He, Ne, Kr, Xe) grows. On tonnage manufactures of air separation products it is necessary to simultaneously supervise the contents of impurity in the big number of grocery streams. These problems of the gas analysis can be solved with the help of effective express multiflow mass-spectrometers time-of-flight type. The wide opportunities of such devices are confirmed of their successful application for the control of manufacturing air separation products on oxygen station of metallurgical plants. It is informed about the creation of more perfect device which is maintained in manufacture of especially pure inert gases.
