ASP «OpNp-15/12» IS A FIRST PLANT OF JSC «CRYOGENMASH» WITH INTERNAL COMPRESSION OF SEPARATION PRODUCTS

At Novokuznetsk metallurgical combine a new manufacture of products of air separation is constructed. It is equipped by air separation plant (ASP) «Oxygen under pressure Nitrogen under pressure (OpNp)-15/12» which has developed and made by JSC «Cryogenmash». This plant is the first made by widely known enterprise — the leader of the Russian oxygen and cryogenic mechanical engineering. The products (oxygen and nitrogen) is carried out under pressure directly from air separation block without use of oxygen and nitrogen compressors. The created manufacture will allow to completely satisfy the requirements of complexes of combine by oxygen and nitrogen. The basic consumer is arc-furnace shop where oxygen is used for an intensification of welding process. The features of the technological circuit and the basic units of the plant putting into operation are considered. Its tests have confirmed concurrence of the received parameters to their values specified in the technical project.
