Abstract

In existing manufacture of neon from neon-helium mixture are formed significant amounts of helium with cleanliness of 99,9999 % which does not manage to be stored in a gaseous kind. Specially created cryogenic complex with effective helium liquefier is included in structure of manufacture for prevention the loss. The complex allows to make, store and give out a liquid helium. For storage of liquid helium are used helium Dewar bottles and container in which 10 m3 of liquid helium can be stored and be transported. There is an equipment for filling of cylinders by helium under pressure 15 МPа. Reconstruction of manufacture has allowed to introduce nonwaste technology of simultaneous reception of neon and helium in practice of its work. Due to this the cost of made valuable products is reduced on 6-7 %.
