SUPPLYING BY TECHNICAL GASES OF INDUSTRIAL URAL: HISTORY AND PRESENT DAY

Air separation products (oxygen, nitrogen, argon) are highly demanded by industrial companies of Ural. In order to provide the stable supply of these gases in 1964 it was decided to build a specialized factory which is widely known today as JSC «The Ural Works of Technical Gases». The article shows the development of the company and its facilities. Nowadays besides the abovementioned gases the company produces acetylene, carbon dioxide, various gas mixtures, cylinders with cast porous mass and supplies helium and propane. The company takes advantage of efficient technologies and state-of-the-art equipment and ensures distribution of its products through a network of depots. This allows top-managers and employees to face the future with confidence.
